The Alamo - Then and Now

When life throws you curve balls, just remember things are going to be 'ok'.

It's all how you react to something that determines whether life is good or bad. Did you know that Fess once lived in a beach house that was nearly slipping over the edge of a cliff. Instead of letting it get him down, he sought out the property that eventually became the Fess Parker Winery.

Cheers! Here's to the weekend.

WHAT'S IN A NAME: Here's a picture of Lowell Thomas Fess with Fess Parker Jr, Lowell's wife Doris, and daughter Lorrie Ann. According to sources, Fess Parker Sr. was named after Lowell's father, Senator Simeon Davison Fess. The photo is from about 1966 at the Neil House Hotel, Columbus, Ohio.

Here's a smile to get your day started!
